NOVA: The Film

Rojo presents an art documentary, entitled NOVA, focused specifically on young and up-and-coming talents across genres and mediums. From the Rojo‘s upload of NOVA the film‘s description:

A sincere DIY documentary film on new art and the young artists behind it. Directed by Isaac Niemand, and produced by ROJO® in collaboration with BossaNovaFilms, it was all filmed on the heat of live action at ®Nova Contemporary Culture which happened in July and August 2010, in the Museum of Image and Sound, São Paulo, Brazil.

Again, this is the full length movie that has been posted online, which we think is awesome in terms of sharing content and also making the content about the artists. The actual dialogue and perspective is really great in that it covers perspectives running the entire artistic gamut, from multimedia to installation artists, and from the idealists to the nihilists to the realists.

Grab an iced tea and watch this movie, really some inspirational dialogue, and some stellar process shoots that round out a really solid documentary. Check out the ROJO site also.
